WOJCIECH GÓRECKI
Wojciech Górecki (Łódź, 1970) – reporter, analyst and historian specializing in the Caucasus and Central Asia. He has collaborated with the most important newspapers and magazines in Poland. His books have been translated into Chinese, Czech, Georgian, Slovak, Ukrainian and Italian. In 2008, he was honored with the Giuseppe Mazzotti. In 2011, he was a finalist of the Ryszard Kapuściński Award and was nominated for the Nike Literary Award. He works at the Center for Eastern Studies in Warsaw.
